Auto Finesse – All in one Polish-Wax-Glaze.

This product has been around for a couple of years now after following some of threads on the detailing forums it seems to have gained speed  in the hype stakes over the past couple months.

The all in one product market has been around for a while with the likes of Autoglym super resin polish and Zymol cleaner wax all claiming to do the same but these hark back to the late nineties and early two-thousands and we’ve all read the detailing sections on forums and followed the guides on the detailing forums.

But who actually made these rules? and whats wrong with the all in one for the normal guy who likes a shiny well turned out car without spending a small fortune on products.

Auto Finesse Tipple breaks the rules and turns around and pulls a moonie aswell.

After giving the MG a quick wash and de-tar I decided to try this newly hyped product, so with the masking tape in hand I did a quick test patch on the bonnet.

The product is designed to be applied either using a circular motion or a liner motion, I found the correction side of the product worked better with a circular motion, and the glaze side of the product which fills the deeper scratches and swirls with a liner motion.

The product works well, it applies with easy and not a lot of product is needed, working in a 1.5ft square area and a 10pence sized amount of product on applicator pad. Working till clear and leaving to dry till a haze is formed and then removed gives the best results I found.

At Eurowerks, a wax/sealant/polish needs to pass the beading and reflection test, Tripple passes with flying colours,

So where does Tripple sit in my detailing range?

Its going to a surefire pack in the show-ground detailing kit it can work as a quick detailer and fast wax to give the car a quick going over after the drive to the show. I’ll also use it when the owner would like a visual turn around without the expense of machine polishing the paint.

I’ll also recommend to anyone who ask’s thats not in to detailing, but who wants to wash and protect there vehicle in quickest and simplest mannor.
